HF81X Series Industrial Fixed Code Readers
HF81X series fixed code reader is equipped with 2MPx image sensor and high-speed computing processing chip, and the data acquisition speed can reach 60fps. With a variety of colors of LED lighting, a variety of optional optical accessories are designed to meet the scanning needs of different customers in different applications, with a high-speed liquid automatic zoom lens, which can achieve automatic and fast zooming at working distances from 100mm to more than 1000mm. Whether it is micro-miniature DPM on electronic components, damaged printed barcodes on the outer packaging of goods, or striker DPM on automotive engine parts, it can be identified efficiently and stably.
HF81X is equipped with the new Honeywell automatic learning algorithm to realize intelligent, efficient and accurate application configuration, whether it is static barcode reading or high-speed motion reading, it provides a superior customer experience. The highly creative multi-configuration parameter supports multi-program storage function, and realizes free control and switching between the device side and the remote side, providing a flexible solution for the flexible needs of modern manufacturing. For customers with a high degree of automation, HF81X can support the reception of network cloud data, or the control of IO points, or directly through buttons on the Edge side to achieve rapid switching of product types.
HF81X series supports RS232, RS485, 2-in 3-out IO interface, TCP/IP, ProfiNet, EtherNet IP, Modbus TCP protocol, which allows our products to be seamlessly connected to some areas with high real-time requirements in industrial automation , such as the entire car line.
